Some properties need more than a bed refresh. A slope that dumps water at the foundation, a back yard that has never been usable, a front that has no shape to it at all. Landscape design work covers the planning and the build: where the grade goes, where the walls go, where the planting goes and in what order it all happens.
Projects start with a measured walk and a plan you can see before anything is dug. Boulder walls, regrading, soil import, drainage routing and the planting that goes on top are all quoted as one scope so there is no surprise second invoice halfway through.
These are the biggest jobs Topel Industries takes on, and they are scheduled around weather and material delivery. Expect a realistic timeline up front rather than an optimistic one.
